We all know that in life “things” happen sometimes and that schedules change.
I will always try to accommodate patients up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, but you may be asked to wait, or your treatment time may be cut short in order to treat on-time patients.
Patients more than 15 minutes late will be considered canceled.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time there will be no charge. These cancelations can be done online, by phone, or by email.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time you can be charged the full amount of your treatment. Usually, I will work with you the first or even second time and not charge you. These appointments cannot be canceled online or by email. You must call by phone (480-658-0049) or leave a voicemail to cancel any appointments less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
